Executive Coaching

Typically we are engaged to work with clients to develop aspects of their leadership capabilities, help them grow their confidence and executive presence, clarify career direction, lead change or work cross-culturally.  

Team Development

We work with newly-formed teams to help them get up and running quickly and effectively, and we work with teams that have been working together a while to review how they are working and what improvements they might want to make.  We often use the MBTI as part of this work, to help team members appreciate and work with their diverse preferences.

Psychometrics

We design and conduct assessment processes for individuals and groups of candidates, to offer additional insights to those generated by a traditional selection process alone.  These can be carried out virtually or face-to-face. Both the candidate and the recruiting organisation benefit from the insights gained.
